We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Tech Lead) with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and work closely with product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver robust and secure solutions. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, code quality, and best practices while remaining hands-on across frontend and backend development.
